Client Service Department provides a forum for businesses and clients to self report and redressal of their issues or problems with us through our members and brokers. By doing this, Exchange is able to build a store of information regarding how specific members and brokers have performed compared to their business commitments. This effort is collaboration between MEX and its Clearing Members for better information to themselves and their Clients. Thus, Members and brokers will be able to reduce their risks and we can provide them with even greater ability to help protect their commitment with their clients.
Client Service Objectives lies in two folds:
- It helps member and broker solve any problems that arises during trading, it could be technical or operational.
- Secondly, client service department is the focal point to connect management and its members and brokers.
Core Function of Client Service Department
- To serve the existing members and brokers.
- Anticipate and identify the probable source of problems.
- Addressing the various issues brought up by the Customers.
- Addressing Trade and Software related issues.
- Addressing compliance related problems.
- Seeking solution for relevant and genuine complains at the earliest.
- Ensuring smooth flow of information at member and broker level.
- Assist members and brokers regarding banking procedures.
- Encouraging participation and motivating the members and brokers through regular interaction and appraisal.
- Notifying our valued members and brokers regarding any changes in the Exchange and Bank Operation timing.
